Wash inside out and in cold water on gentle (if you have a fake blood stained shirt wash alone) tumble dry cool or air dry
although these appear cropped in the photos, these will not come cropped!! due to the popularity of this item I want to make sure that everybody is able to fit comfortably and crop it to their own desire :)
